Our Approach

Our solution is an Effective School and Teacher Development Plan for schools and individual teachers. This provides personalised services and uses data to capture the impact on teacher performance. The need assessment matches teachers with relevant courses and workshops that we developed on our platform, say a teacher has inattentive students, the platform matches the teacher with a Game-Based Learning course and workshop, and after its completion. Then, we conduct class observation to identify how well the knowledge gained translates to practise and provide coaching to help with that. In the end, we collect data for an impact report. In our pilot, 150 schools sponsored 1600 teachers to complete our workshops and courses & found 80% teaching quality improvement. Currently, need assessment is carried out on our platform. We have online courses and provide both online and in-person workshops. Coaching, class observation, and performance appraisal are in-person.
